Small urban planning project. An intriguing location on an elevated plateau with a view of the reservoir, Łapino at the foothills, and the surrounding Kashubian hills. A small complex of standalone and semi-detached single-family houses with a clear delineation of building lines, emphasizing the axes of pedestrian and vehicular pathways, and utilizing scenic viewpoints. Each of the houses, along with its plot, offers a different combination of advantages: views, perspectives, direct proximity to the forest wall, spacious plots, sun exposure, and privacy.
